Each United Methodist local church holds an annual Church Conference. All enrolled church members are voting members at the Church Conference and are invited to attend.
The business of the Church Conference includes the following:
Documenting the mission statement for the church
Reports of the governing and program bodies of the church
Pastor’s report and plans for continuing education
